Dental Assistant (Full-time, 4days/week)

Our Clinical Services We are a private practice, offering a full-range of services: General Dentistry (crowns, bridges, fillings) Implants and Bone Grafting Oral Surgery Endodontics Invisalign Pediatric Dentistry Whitening What We Offer Monday-Thursday work week, no evenings Competitive compensation starting at $30/hour Mentorship and training for new grads Supportive team culture Dental and medical insurance Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick days, bereavement) Continuing education support 401(k) with generous match Long-term, loyal patient base

Who We're Looking For Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Assisting in the State of Minnesota (required) Certified in Dental Radiography (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident in equipment setup, sterilization and chairside procedures Able to clearly explain instructions to patients Familiarity with dental instruments and materials You're a great fit if you are: Friendly, dependable, and confident A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently when needed Open to feedback and eager to grow professionally A strong communicator with patients and teammates Collaborative and team-oriented Committed to ethical, high-quality patient care Excited to work with a diverse, multilingual patient population Bilingual (Spanish, Russian or Somali)
