- 35/hr, depending on experience Paid vacation & holidays Dental benefits Uniform allowance 401(k) with matching Opportunities for continued education & professional growth A compassionate and close-knit team culture Your Responsibilities As our Licensed Dental Assistant, you will: Deliver top-tier, compassionate care to every patient Run your own column, providing limited exams, taking X-rays, and performing child prophies and placing sealants.
Lead the back-office team while providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide chairside assistance for general, restorative, surgical, and emergency dental procedures as needed Take digital X-rays, accurate impressions, and polish during prophies Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards Support hygiene and doctor schedules, manage patient flow, and assist in front-desk tasks (e.g., confirming appointments, insurance verification) Ensure electronic records are accurate, organized, and HIPAA-compliant Collaborate across the team and support lab duties, equipment upkeep, and supply restocking Bring positive energy and efficiency to a dynamic work environment What We're Looking For Current MN Dental Assisting License (Required) 1+ year of experience CPR Certification Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude Comfort in a fast-paced clinical setting Ability to lead effectively and delegate responsibilities with confidence
