Job Description
Overview Lake Minnetonka Dental is searching for a Dental Assistant to join our team! We provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a fun, team-based environment. Our doctors strive to provide only the best patient care and experience, which is only possible with the help of an incredible team! We are looking to add someone who wants to LOVE where they work and have fun doing it! We value work-life balance and support our team with flexible scheduling, a positive workplace culture, and opportunities to grow your skills. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm (Fridays off).

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.Patient Care:
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.Radiography & Diagnostics:
Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed) Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
