We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Licensed Dental Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced setting. The role is mostly front desk. Job Responsibilities As a
Dental Assistant:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures when needed Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Take digital X-rays and impressions Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain operatory cleanliness and stock supplies Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
As Front Desk Coordinator:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments Verify insurance eligibility Collect co-pays and handle patient billing Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Dental Assistant certification X-ray certification Previous dental office experience (1+ years preferred) Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft) is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Employee dental benefits 401k match Supportive and positive team culture
