JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience a culture where you're respected, empowered, and inspired every day. Summary Provide sterile processing of dental instruments decontamination and set-up of dental treatment rooms. Aid dental students, dental therapy students, faculty and licensed dental staff in services rendered to patients. Schedule Casual position - Working varied schedule. Can work more shifts depending on candidate's availability | Onsite Weekdays Daytime shift between 8:00AM and 4:30PM. Pay Starting pay begins at $18.40 and increases with experience. Full pay range $18.40 to $27.61 per hour Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant preferred, not required. Other experience and qualifications will be considered. If LPN, graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. If Medical Assistant, graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) Other Qualifications Dental coursework preferred. Experience in a dental office or medical facility preferred. Medical and dental terminology knowledge. Infection control practices and OSHA regulations. Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
