$21-$30 We are seeking a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a team-oriented mindset. This role is responsible for assisting providers during patient treatment, maintaining clinical efficiency, supporting patient education, and helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. Responsibilities Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental treatment Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as directed Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control standards Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with impressions, digital scans, and other clinical procedures Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative instructions Accurately document clinical notes and patient information Support efficient patient flow and provider schedules Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to support office operations Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Expanded Functions preferred but not required Current certifications required by the State of Missouri Radiology certification preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental practice management software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Our Team?
