We're a small, fast-growing kids' dental practice in Ozark — not a corporate office — hiring a full-time pediatric dental assistant who's warm, calm under pressure, and great with nervous kids. The role Chairside with the doctor, right next to the kiddo — your calm energy makes the visit. Radiographs, impressions, charting, sterilization, and keeping the room running smoothly. Walking kids and parents through what's next so everyone relaxes. Why you'll like it here Four-day work week , 8 AM-4:30 PM. Every Friday off, no late nights.
