Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support Assist doctors chairside during pediatric procedures, including sedation cases Sedation & Patient Care Support clinical team during sedation procedures with a strong focus on safety and monitoring Help create a calm, reassuring environment for pediatric patients and parents Monitor patient comfort and communicate effectively with the doctor and team Sterilization & Compliance Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and infection control protocols Properly clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Treatment Planning & Documentation Assist with treatment planning and case presentation support Accurately chart procedures using digital software Capture high-quality radiographs and diagnostic images Inventory & Organization Monitor dental supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels Anticipate clinical needs to ensure smooth daily operations Team & Schedule Support Help maintain efficient patient flow and keep the schedule on track Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless experience Step in where needed to support team success Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for each procedure Ensure all equipment is properly set up and functioning
