Dental Assistant - Chairside Support & Patient Care Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area) Join a Practice Where Patient Care and Team Culture Come First Aten & Garofalo Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant II to join our established, highly reputable two-doctor practice in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. This role is an essential part of our clinical team—supporting the doctors, creating a smooth patient experience, and delivering the high level of care our patients expect. What You'll Do

• Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization protocols are followed
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Take dental radiographs (as required)
• Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring chairside presence for patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with both clinical and administrative team members What We're Looking For We're looking for a team-oriented dental assistant who takes pride in both clinical excellence and patient care.

The ideal candidate:

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred
• Must hold all applicable North Carolina state licenses and certifications
• Brings a warm, professional chairside manner
• Communicates clearly and works well with both patients and team members
• Is organized, efficient, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and time management
• Eaglesoft experience a plus
