In this energetic role, you will support dentists in providing comprehensive dental treatments while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and sterilized equipment to ensure smooth clinic operations. Assist Provider during various procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, providing chairside support with precision and care. Take and develop dental X-rays, including 3D scans, ensuring proper technique and patient safety in accordance with infection control protocols. Perform vital signs assessments and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures to ensure a positive experience. Support infection control practices through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization of instruments to maintain a safe clinical environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar dental clinic setting, with knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely and accurately; experience with 3D scanners is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and collaborate within a team environment. Certification in dental assisting or relevant training that includes chairside assisting, vital signs measurement, and medical terminology.
Pay:
$18.00 - $29.00 per hour
