Orthodontic & Digital Lab Assistant

Orthodontic & Digital Lab Assistant Gragg Orthodontics We are looking for an energetic, personable, technology-oriented team member to join our fast-paced, quality-focused orthodontic practice. This position combines patient interaction, digital technology, and orthodontic lab responsibilities. While dental or orthodontic experience is preferred, we can teach the right person everything they need to know. We are most interested in finding someone with a great attitude, strong people skills, dependability, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Welcome and guide new patients through their orthodontic experience Help create an outstanding experience for patients and families Coordinate new patient appointments and treatment starts Assist with patient communication and scheduling Work with digital orthodontic technology and workflows Help operate 3D printers and digital lab equipment Assist with aligners and orthodontic appliances Manage digital files, scans, and computer-based systems Support clinical and administrative team members as needed Help maintain a positive, upbeat office atmosphere Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred but not required Orthodontic experience is a plus Friendly, engaging personality with excellent people skills Comfortable with computers and learning new technology Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Strong work ethic and consistent attendance What We're Looking For We want someone who: Loves working with people Learns quickly and adapts well Enjoys technology and modern systems Is dependable and takes responsibility seriously Brings positive energy to the team Works well with others Wants to grow in a modern orthodontic practice This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both people and technology and wants to be part of a fun, fast-moving team environment.
