$24•29/hour We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dedicated dental team. As an essential part of our practice, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and comfortable environment for our patients, ensuring high-quality care while supporting the dentist in both clinical and administrative tasks. A minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting.Certification :
Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) is required. Additional certifications such as EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) or Radiology Certifications are a plus.Skills & Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols. Familiarity with dental procedures and treatments. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dental office. Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is highly preferred.Clinical Competence :
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks, such as coronal polishing, and assist with other dental procedures.Communication & Patient Care :
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with patients, providing clear instructions and ensuring their comfort. Organization & Attention toDetail :
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Team-Oriented :
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while providing high-quality patient care.Benefits:
