Dental Assistant - Periodontal Specialty Practice We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our periodontal team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. About Us Our practice is dedicated to providing advanced periodontal and implant care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. We pride ourselves on combining clinical excellence with genuine warmth, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our periodontist to support a range of procedures, from routine cleanings and scaling to more complex surgical treatments and dental implant placement. Your role will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking digital imaging, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside support that helps our patients feel at ease. You'll also help manage patient records, coordinate care, and ensure our practice runs smoothly. Who You Are You're organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You have a calm presence that helps anxious patients relax, and you take pride in being part of a team that changes lives through improved oral health. Previous experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
