Full Job Description About Us:
Join our thriving orthodontic practice committed to excellent patient care and a positive team environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused, bilingual (English/Spanish) team player to grow with us.
Position Overview:
We have openings for both experienced and entry-level candidates. This full-time role supports clinical and administrative functions, including assisting with exams and patient records, performing scans and photos, and coordinating treatment and financial conversations with families.
Key Responsibilities:
Take X-rays and intraoral/extraoral photos Perform digital scans using iTero Assist doctors during exams and treatment appointments Conduct patient/parent consultations to explain treatment plans and expectations Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processes Present and explain treatment fees and payment/financing options to patients Help with follow-ups and record keeping as needed Maintain reliable, punctual attendance ; consistent on-time presence is critical to patient care and team workflow.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Comfortable discussing insurance and financial options with patients Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Team-oriented, organized, and professional Prior orthodontic/dental experience preferred but not required — training provided for the right candidate
Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating schedule:
Monday & Wednesday:
7:30 AM•4:45 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday & Thursday:
7:30 AM•3:00 PM (short break, no set lunch)
Friday:
8:00 AM•2:00 PM (follow-ups and records)
Compensation:
Starting pay for candidates without experience: $15.00/hour Salary commensurate with experience for experienced candidates Medical insurance paid at 50%, Dental insurance at 100%, Vision insurance is offered PTO is based on longevity with the practice and starts after the 90 day probationary period How to
