We believe in taking care of our patients with new technologies such as 3D intra-oral scanning, digital x-rays & CBCT to help diagnose patients. In this role, you will provide exceptional chairside assistance, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care in a fast-paced dental environment. Your expertise will support various dental procedures, maintain infection control standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for patients of all ages. We work hard but believe in having a good time with each other & our dental family. Monthly team building activities in fun settings to help with the life/work balance that everyone hopes to achieve.   • Open to cross training.
  • Open Dental, Dexis, Nomad, and 3 Shape intraoral scanning are utilized in our office, Being able to take quality x-rays, impressions, intra and extra oral photos, sterilization, etc.

401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee discount Free parking Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with proficiency in dental assisting techniques and clinical procedures Familiarity with EMR systems such as Open Dental or Dentrix for managing electronic health records Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization protocols in a dental setting Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other imaging tools Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards Experience supporting general dentistry procedures as well as specialized areas like pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or endodontics is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and team members Certification in radiography (X-ray) required; additional certifications in pediatric dentistry or advanced imaging are a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of infection control
Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
