Job Description

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
  • Modern Dental Practice | Grand Forks, ND A growing, patient-focused dental practice in Grand Forks, North Dakota is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a modern, tech-forward clinical team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a supportive, team-driven environment. Compensation & Perks $28
  • $30/hour (based on experience, negotiable) $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in increments over 90 days) Free dental care for employees Health insurance

  • Thursday | 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Fridays/weekends off Additional planned office closures: 1 week over 4th of July 1 week over Christmas What You'll Do Assist dentist during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms (OSHA/CDC compliant) Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) per state regulations Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Support patient comfort and chairside assistance during treatment Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care Manage supplies and maintain inventory levels Assist with scheduling and front office support as needed What We're Looking For Active North Dakota RDA license Radiology certification (required) CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and patient-centered mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting Knowledge of dental software preferred Team-oriented, professional, and detail-focused Why This Role?
