Job Description

Are you looking for a positive, welcoming place to grow your dental career? Pauley Family Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team! We're looking for a skilled, professional Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and takes pride in creating a comfortable experience for every visit. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills, chairside assisting expertise, and a natural ability to build lasting relationships with patients. Bonus points if you appreciate a great office playlist and enjoy bringing positive energy to the workplace! Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, and computer skills are a must. RDA License required. Join us in delivering unprecedented care to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Patient education Room set-up Taking radiographs Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Maintaining instruments
Requirements:
RDA License (or applicable license per state) Team player and excellent communication skills with a growth mindset Excellent phone and verbal skills Experience with Eaglesoft a plus; having computer skills a must
