Part-Time Orthodontic/Dental Assistant

About the Position Hello! Our office is looking for a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our amazing, busy team! We are seeking someone with experience in orthodontics—specifically Invisalign treatment —who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Monday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Tuesday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM•4:00

PM Thursday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM•12:00 PM No weekends

PM Thursday:

7:30 AM•5:00 PM Flexibility to help cover additional days for vacations is a plus. Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting as needed Taking radiographs, photos, and impressions Assisting with Invisalign and orthodontic procedures Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and operatories Setting up and stocking treatment rooms Maintaining accurate patient records (HIPAA compliant) Providing pre•and post-operative instructions Updating treatment plans and charting Fabricating retainers Tracking orthodontic cases and aligner deliveries Performing laser whitening General office cleanliness and equipment maintenance Supporting team members as needed Qualifications Orthodontic assisting experience required Invisalign experience strongly preferred Radiology (X-ray) certification required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Reliable Positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits Dental benefits Uniform allowance Retirement plan Flexible scheduling Pay Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume, or call our office to speak with our
