Our high-paced office is committed to delivering exceptional dental care through advanced techniques and a dedicated team. Job Overview We are seeking a caring and motivated Experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge of dental assisting procedures, be passionate in providing the highest level of patient care along with strong communication skills. Responsibilities Assist dentist chairside during various dental procedures, including endodontics and implants. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring proper sterilization technique. Take dental X-rays while adhering to HIPAA regulations and infection control standards. Manage patient records accurately via our office software. Provide patient education pre/post-treatment instructions and treatment plans. Experience Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting, preferably with expertise in Endodontics. Proficiency with EMR systems Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and sterilization techniques. Familiarity with advanced dental technology such as 3D scanners and medical imaging equipment. Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance. Experience supporting four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency during procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
