About the Position The ideal candidate will be motivated, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Looking for an individual who communicates effectively and works well in a team environment. Orthodontic procedural responsibilities include (but are not limited to): banding, bonding, impressions and wire changing. Additionally, ideal Orthodontic Assistant will be confident in providing instructions to patients, agile in a fast-paced environment, and committed to patients' comfort and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

• Perform various orthodontic procedures under direction of orthodontist including banding and bonding procedures
• Conduct band fittings
• Place and remove separators
• Change arch wires or ties
• Deliver retainers and other removable appliances
• Chart and record treatment information in chart
• Proactively clean and stock operatories Schedule Part Time (Schedule flexible) Opportunity to go full time (four days a week) when we open up our new Windham office in September 2026.
