Full Job Description Schedule :

Full time -Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm, rotating Thursday 8am-3pm and Saturday 8am-2pm. •When working the Thursday, they will not be working the Saturday, and vice versa

Responsibilities :

Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and facilitate patient intake processes with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments using Eaglesoft software Assist dental providers during procedures by preparing treatment rooms and handling necessary instruments and materials Perform insurance verification, process claims, and follow up on outstanding payments Handle multiline phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address patient inquiries and coordinate appointment scheduling Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations assist the dentist through 4 handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the operatory rooms clean and well stocked

Sills/Requirements :

Proven experience as a dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health and safety regulations Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Positive attitude and team player X-ray certified - good to have but is not a requirement for

NH Pay:

Up to $30.00 per hour
