The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office operations, patient care, and administrative support. This role combines clinical assistance with front desk responsibilities, ensuring seamless patient experiences and efficient office management. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with various electronic health record (EHR) systems to support high-quality dental care delivery. Duties Assist dental providers during patient examinations and procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring accurate documentation and appointment scheduling. Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle medical billing using systems. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting with intake procedures, and fostering a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience in a dental office setting or healthcare environment with strong familiarity in dental terminology and clinical procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms; experience with OpenDental is a plus. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of patient information. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Korean & Japanese speaking highly preferred
