Your Role:

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience and supporting the delivery of exceptional dental care. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and help create a positive, comfortable experience from the moment they arrive. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments, materials, suction, and retraction as needed. Accurately document dental findings, treatment notes, and charting within Dentrix Ascend software. Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans (for candidates with a valid X-ray license). Maintain infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and equipment and adhering to OSHA and office safety standards. Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and oral health education. Support the clinical team in maintaining an efficient and organized workflow throughout the day.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred. Current X-ray license required. CPR certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and dental software. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Ranging between $18
