About Our Practice We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning, and we are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Position Summary The Dental Assistant will support the dentist and clinical team by providing chairside assistance, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.) Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments Take dental radiographs Seat and prepare patients for treatment Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Manage inventory and restock operatories Follow infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines Provide excellent patient support and comfort throughout visits Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome) X-ray certification (NJ) Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $18-$23/hour , based on experience Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive team environment Training provided for the right candidate How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction.
