Position Overview We're seeking a Dental Assistant for a part-time or full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic setting, assisting our dentists and contributing to exceptional patient care. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we're willing to train the right candidate who brings energy and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and equipment. Set up and break down operatories, ensuring sterility and organization. Take and develop digital X-rays (X-ray license preferred). Greet and escort patients, making them feel comfortable and informed. Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment, including sterilization of tools and supplies. Update patient records, verify information, and handle basic administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient experiences Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification is a plus. Previous dental office experience preferred, but not required—we'll train enthusiastic newcomers! X-ray certification or willingness to obtain it. Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying punctual and professional. Team player who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care. Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
