Led by Dr. Anthony Terrana, a Board-Certified Orthodontist and NJ Monthly Top Orthodontist (2024-Present) , we're a fully digital, fully modern team that takes pride in delivering picture-perfect smiles using the latest technology. Now we're looking for a standout Orthodontic Assistant to grow with us. What You'll Do Assist Dr. Terrana chairside with bonding, banding, wire changes, and Invisalign deliveries Capture digital impressions with the iTero scanner Take intraoral and extraoral photos and X-rays Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA standards Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and what to expect Make every patient — kid, teen, or adult — feel like a VIP What We're Looking For Prior orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (new grads with the right attitude welcome!) X-ray certification a plus Warm, energetic personality — you genuinely enjoy people Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
