Join Our Growing Orthodontic Team! My Orthodontist is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing orthodontic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level dental assistant looking to build a long-term career in orthodontics. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working with patients of all ages. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care while creating a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take patient photographs, impressions, digital scans, and radiographs (as permitted by license) Educate patients on braces, aligners, retainers, and oral hygiene Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Support front office and clinical operations as needed Work collaboratively with team members to maintain office efficiency
