Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Chairside assisting with orthodontic procedures (brackets, wires, adjustments, etc.)
  • Taking records, X-rays, and impressions
  • Educating and comforting patients of all ages
  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
  • Contributing to a team atmosphere where everyone supports one another
  • What We're Looking For:
  • A friendly, upbeat personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork mindset — you're reliable, helpful, and positive
  • Dental assisting experience preferred; ortho experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person
  • X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to travel to satellite offices
  • we pay a travel stipend, and you can ride with the doctors if you wish.
