We are a busy, modern private dental practice seeking a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing office. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience PTO (Paid Time Off) 401(k) benefits Bonus/incentive system Stable, privately owned practice Friendly and supportive team culture Opportunity for growth and long-term employment Modern office with advanced technology Dental Assistant Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Assist the doctor during dental procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Digital Scanning Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions Maintain accurate clinical notes and records Manage infection control and OSHA compliance Assist with scheduling and coordination as needed Support the clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping patients, and wants to be part of a practice that values teamwork and positivity.
