We are a high-performing, patient-focused dental practice that invests in: Advanced technology Premium materials Continuous team training Our culture is built on: Support Growth Accountability A true team environment (not overworked, understaffed chaos) What You'll Be Doing Assist the dentist chairside in a fast-paced clinical environment Anticipate doctor needs during procedures Provide hands-on patient-mouth support during treatment Perform suctioning and irrigation during procedures Take impressions and assist with temporary crowns Assist during restorative and surgical procedures Prepare and break down operatories Maintain cleanliness and organization Help create a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality, efficient care What Makes This Role Different This is NOT a "stand around and wait" role. We are looking for a true chairside dental assistant—not someone with only: Sterilization experience Scheduling/front desk experience X-ray-only experience You'll succeed here if you: Move quickly Learn fast Pay attention to details Take initiative Stay calm under pressure Compensation & Benefits $22 - $35/hour (based on experience) Health insurance (if enrolled) Paid time off Free dental care Ongoing training & development Long-term growth opportunities within the practice Schedule 35-40 hours per week Consistent full-time schedule Flexible structure as the practice grows What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience TRUE hands-on chairside assisting experience required Experience in general dentistry preferred Surgical assisting experience preferred Ability to: Work quickly and efficiently Stay organized under pressure Learn and retain new procedures quickly Communicate clearly with patients and team members Strong awareness and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented mindset
