We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and restorative procedures who is passionate about helping patients regain their confidence and quality of life. What You'll Do Surgical Assisting Assist doctors during implant surgeries, extractions, bone grafting procedures, and other surgical treatments. Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments. Set up, break down, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment. Monitor patient comfort and assist with post-operative instructions. Ensure all surgical protocols and infection control standards are followed. Restorative Assisting Assist with restorative procedures including implant restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, and full-arch cases. Take scans, radiographs, and clinical photographs as needed. Fabricate and adjust temporary restorations when appropriate. Prepare treatment rooms and materials for restorative appointments. Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation. Patient Care & Communication Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient. Educate patients on treatment procedures, expectations, and post-treatment care. Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey. Build trusting relationships with patients while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Team Support Work closely with doctors, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Assist wherever needed to support office operations and team success. Help maintain inventory, supplies, and clinical organization. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, patient experience, and team performance. Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture built on teamwork and accountability. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred. Experience assisting with implant surgery, extractions, bone grafting, and restorative dentistry strongly preferred. Current Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification as required by state regulations. Knowledge of surgical protocols, infection control, and sterilization procedures. Experience with digital imaging and dental software systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
