Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures Lead and support daily clinical flow and back-office operations Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized, and fully stocked Take and process dental X-rays Oversee infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance standards Mentor and support dental assistants as needed Maintain accurate patient records and charting Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience What We're Looking For Prior dental assisting experience required Leadership or lead assistant experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced clinical setting Positive, team-oriented, and dependable attitude CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Ready to Apply?
