Training Provided:
No dental assisting experience? No problem. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms by following proper protocols and ensuring readiness for each patient. Welcome and seat patients, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit. Assist with four-handed dentistry during endodontic procedures. Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records. Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans (we will train you). Maintain and monitor dental equipment to ensure smooth operation. Support infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, optimistic, and strong time management abilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and self-start in a busy specialty setting. Experience is not required—we're happy to provide full training.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
