Some travel to other locations is possible. We're looking for a compassionate, professional Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting our patients, doctors, and fellow team members with warmth and excellent customer service. As part of our oral surgery team, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with surgery and anesthesia Holding airways and administering medications Taking vitals and starting IVs Performing x-rays, intraoral scans, Conebeam imaging, and other imaging studies Troubleshooting technical issues Setting up and cleaning operatories Sterilizing equipment per OSHA standards Educating and instructing patients Using dental software systems Supporting other miscellaneous clinical tasks Must be a team player, able to work as a member of a team as well as independently, work in confined spaces, have excellent communication and organizational skills, be versatile, able to take direction from others, work with a trainer, and meet the basic job requirements of your duties, assigned work days and hours. Individuals with a CDA, RDA, LPN, or RN and/or experience of 1-2 years of clinical experience in the dental or medical field may apply.
