as a Dental Assistant - Front Desk, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice! As a vital part of our team, you will help ensure a seamless experience for our patients while supporting our oral surgery specialists in a dynamic environment. Bi-lingual is a plus at the front desk. Part time-Full time available.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the practice. Assist with patient intake procedures and ensure accurate documentation. Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance eligibility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and care. Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services offered.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Proficient in dental software and basic office applications. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
