Job Description

We are a small, welcoming general dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office is built on kindness, teamwork, and creating a comfortable and personable experience for every patient who walks through our door. The ideal candidate will support the dentist during procedures, ensure a smooth workflow, and help create a positive experience for our patients.

$20-$24 per hour based on experience Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Continuing education opportunities Uniform allowance Summer Fridays off Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures Provide chairside support using 4-handed dentistry techniques Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and impressions Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate patient records Keep operatories clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications Dental Assistant certification X-ray certification Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Commitment to providing excellent patient care Schedule Monday-Friday Fridays off during the summer No evenings or weekends Why Join Madden Family Dentistry?
