Role:
Join SmileSpace as a Dental Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate would be seeking to grow into a management position.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate communication between dental staff and patients. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in a dental administrative role
REQUIRED
Familiarity with dental software and practice management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of insurance billing and coding preferred. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient service.
