Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Assistant with 3+ years of clinical experience to join our boutique concierge specialty practice. Our practice leads nationally in the field of TMJ and dental sleep apnea. We have a reputation for delivering academic level care and have been clinician-owned since 2017 ("mom-and-pop", not corporate). Role & Responsibility Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of medical and/or dental assisting experience Experience in a fee-for-service practice preferred Perfect digital impression taking skills (intraoral scanner) Excellent spelling, typing and note-taking skills. The job will require scribing in real time using Apple computers, iPads, and cloud-based systems Proficiency in google suite (gmail, sheets, docs) and apple products Maintain efficient clinical flow and ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule Coordinate patient care throughout the treatment journey, including: Obtaining and organizing outside records and imaging Communicating with referring providers Sending referrals and coordinating care with specialists Ensuring all required documentation is complete prior to appointments Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Be a driven self-starter who wants to grow with our practice Must be comfortable in a small-team, high-accountability environment Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain a high standard of patient care
