We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities Assist doctors during a wide range of dental procedures to include but not limited to basic restorations, Cerec crown & bridge, endodontics, and implant procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper infection control protocols are followed Take digital radiographs Educate patients on treatment recommendations and oral health Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Manage clinical supplies and operatory readiness Support efficient patient flow and schedule management Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and team members to provide outstanding care Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred What We're Looking For A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Someone who takes initiative and anticipates clinical needs Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a positive office culture What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive team environment Modern technology and clinical systems Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you're an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and wants to be part of a team-oriented practice, we'd love to hear from you.
