What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As our Lead Dental Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our clinical operations and a key decision-maker:

Clinical Excellence:
Confidently assist with complex dental procedures utilizing top-tier modern technology.
Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and onboard new hires to create a supportive, high-performing team culture.
Operations Management:
Oversee lab cases, manage clinical schedules for maximum efficiency, track inventory, and ensure compliance. Be a

Work directly with leadership to continuously improve our practice culture and daily environment. Your feedback will directly influence how we operate. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience is required .
Leadership Mindset:
A proactive problem-solver who is ready to step up, speak up, and take ownership of the clinical flow.
Technical Skill:
Deep understanding of complex dental procedures and modern dental software.
Certifications:
CDA, RDA

Pay:
