Job Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where your expertise will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients receiving top-quality dental care. In this vital role, you will assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to a positive patient experience and smooth clinic operations. Duties Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments using aseptic techniques Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments Take dental radiographs and vital signs ensuring proper technique and patient safety Manage patient records using Dentrix to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support the dental receptionist by scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and managing patient flow efficiently Assist in maintaining a clean practice and environment. Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Ohio radiology certification EFDA certification preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to provide exceptional patient care Join us to make a difference in patients' lives through compassionate care and technical excellence.
