WHAT YOU WILL DO

Chairside assisting for restorative, implant, endo, and emergency procedures Taking digital X-rays, setting up rooms, sterilization — 100% every time Supporting the hygienist and keeping the doctor running at full capacity Talking to patients in a way that makes them feel calm, respected, and cared for Joining morning huddles and filling downtime productively without being asked

YOU NEED 1-3

years of dental assisting experience Ohio X-Ray Certification — or willingness to get it within 60 days Hepatitis B vaccination (Ohio requirement) Full-time Monday-Friday availability Even better: Coronal polishing certification Implant, endo, or oral surgery assisting experience Open Dental experience

WHAT YOU GET
