In this vital role, you'll support exceptional clinical care, create positive patient experiences, and help our practice run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Clinical Support Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments using proper infection control and OSHA protocols Assist chairside during procedures including: General dentistry Prosthodontics Endodontics Pediatric dentistry Practice four-handed dentistry and aseptic techniques Take and develop digital X-rays, including 3D scanner imaging Ensure radiographic safety and HIPAA compliance Record vital signs and document medical histories Patient Care & Experience Create a welcoming and calming environment for patients of all ages Provide compassionate support to pediatric patients Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental systems Schedule appointments and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality compliance Maintain clean, organized clinical spacesWhat We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications:
Dental Assisting certification (as required by state) Experience with open dental, or similar dental software Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation X-ray certification (preferred/required based on state) Strong understanding of infection control and radiographic safety Experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBonus If You Have:
