We're a modern, family-owned practice built around one doctor, exceptional patient care, and a small team that takes pride in their work. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take orthodontic records including photos, x-rays, and digital scans Place brackets and adjust wires under doctor supervision Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Pour models and fabricate retainers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience strongly preferred — but we will train the right person Excellent communication and patient care skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable Current x-ray certification, or willingness to obtain Positive attitude and a genuine team-first mentality

COMPENSATION
Starting pay during the training period with no prior experience is $19-$20/hour. Once training is complete and full proficiency is demonstrated, compensation increases to reflect your experience and skill level between the ranges provided.

PTO SCHEDULE
Four days per week, alternating Monday-Thursday and Friday (half day). Two days in Hilliard, two days in Pickerington. We're building something special — and we'd love for the right person to be part of it.
