This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to excellence in dental care. Monday through Thursday, 25-30 hours a week. Responsibilities Assist orthodontists during patient procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, and appliance fittings with precision and care Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment such as 3D scanners and medical imaging devices, and ensuring all tools are ready for use Take dental X-rays while maintaining strict adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Manage patient records Travel between locations required Requirements Minimum of one year orthodontic experience Knowledge of orthodontic procedures including chairside assisting for braces, aligners, retainers, and other appliances Radiology license Strong understanding of HIPAA and OSHA Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients of all ages about their treatment plans Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and infection control practices to ensure a safe clinical environment Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a real difference!
