Job Description
Overview We are a privately owned dental practice committed to high-quality care, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture. As we expand, we're looking for a Dental Assistant who wants more than a job—we want someone who is excited to grow with us long term, adapt to change, and be part of shaping the future of our practice. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures. Take initiative with the schedule to ensure proper flow with the other assistant. Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols. Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols. Educate patients about their oral health and their treatment options. Requirements Radiology License and previous dental experience. Knowledge of prosthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Desire for long-term employment and professional growth.
