About the opportunity:

We are seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time Dental Assistant or an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, be familiar with dental terminology and possess excellent customer service skills.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures. Prepare patients for treatment. Sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays). Maintain patient records. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar. Assist with laboratory procedures.

About the qualifications:

Pay ranges vary due to experience, licensure and training. Dental Assistants can be trained on the job. A candidate new to the profession will be required to show clinical competencies and coachability. EFDA candidates should hold an Ohio license or the ability to obtain with a transfer.

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour

Experience:
