Orthodontic Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Must travel to both locations; Edmond and Stillwater. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental clinics and possess knowledge of various dental software systems. Our office is at the forefront of technology and innovation in orthodontics! Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist chairside during procedures, ensuring efficient workflow.
• 3D scanner and camera for accurate records and treatment planning.
• Maintain aseptic technique to uphold infection control standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Support in administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient records. Skills
• Proficiency in GreyFinch and other dental software
• Experience in dental assisting and receptionist duties
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues
