The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently as the sole dental assistant in a private practice setting. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, and organized clinical environment. Duties Assist Dr. Domian during chair-side procedures Coronal polishing experience (must hold coronal polishing permit in the state of Oklahoma) Prepare/sterilize instruments and equipment, while following infection control protocols Obtain X-rays as needed for patient assessments (must hold X-ray permit and possess ability to obtain FMX series) Maintain accurate dental documentation and manage patient records efficiently Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Educate patients on home oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction Experience Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is essential Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is advantageous Understanding of general dentistry practices and procedures is required
