Our front desk position rewards you when the office performs well. We work four days a week and every other week have a four-day weekend. Here's what this role means for you: $20 per hour base pay Monthly profit sharing based on office production Our rolling 12-month average bonus has added about $8 per hour Many team members average close to $28 per hour Full benefits CE trips and an annual office bonus A stable, well-trained team with very low turnover If you are organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements, your effort directly impacts your income here. This is not a chaotic, constantly short-staffed office. We are digital and system-driven. We use advanced technology including 3D imaging, Primescan, and iTero scanners — which means smoother workflows and fewer daily frustrations at the front.

You should be comfortable with:

Patient communication and check-in/check-out Managing a productive schedule Insurance verification and breakdowns Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements Handling busy days with professionalism and positivity Dental experience is strongly preferred. Experience with insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and patient communication is ideal. This is a full-time position (approximately 37-40 hours over four days, alternating Mondays and Fridays).
